The deposit
1) You will need to remit a deposit of 100,000 yen, before we can proceed
with any bidding on a car.
2) Please fax or email us the copy of the T/T immediately, after you remit
your deposit. We then will begin once we have confirmed your remittances.
3) Your deposit is still refundable untill we make a sucsessful bid on
a car for you. However bank charges will be deducted for any refunds.
The balance
1) You need to pay the balance, once you recieve an invioce from us, you
will need to remit the funds after recieving this invioce,it will arrive
the day after the auction.
2) If the total
amount has not been paid within three days including the day of the auction,
your deposit will be not refundable.
3) Please send us the copy of the T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) immediately,
after you remit the balance. We will begin then begin shipping procedures.
We are not responsible for any disputes,
or fees and taxes you may incur, involving any failures to follow the import
laws and standards of your country.
Insurance
In the case of
a CIF price, we will place insurance on the vehicle while it is shipped until it
reaches a port of the your country. This insurance only covers the total loss of
the vehicle.
Cancellation
You cannot
cancel after we have made a successful bid for you.
Governing law
This
contract shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Japan.
